Smart Survey is a feedback tool included in your DRYVER Premier package. It sends emails to ask customers about their experience with your business. The survey is triggered by conditions you can customize, helping you collect valuable feedback without overwhelming your customers.

What Is Smart Survey?

Smart Survey is a feedback tool included in your DRYVER Premier package. It sends emails to ask customers about their experience with your business.

The survey is triggered by conditions you can customize, helping you collect valuable feedback without overwhelming your customers.

How Triggers Work

The survey email goes out based on triggers that you can set up. A few examples could be:

- When a customer spends $44 or more
- When a customer makes at least three visits (spending $1 each) in one month

These are just examples, not fixed rules. You can work with DRYVER to set up triggers that make sense for your business.

Customers only receive one survey per month, even if they trigger these conditions multiple times. This prevents survey fatigue and keeps customers happy.

Where Reviews Go

You can choose where to direct positive reviews. Many businesses focus on one platform:

- Google Reviews
- TripAdvisor (great for tourist areas)
- Yelp (less commonly used)
- Facebook Reviews

It's better to focus on one platform rather than spreading reviews across many sites.

The Customer Experience

When a customer receives the survey email:

- They click the button in the email
- They rate their customer service experience
- They rate the quality of your food
- They share if you met their expectations
- They can leave comments
- They get a link to your review page (like TripAdvisor)

Finding Survey Results

You can see survey results in two places:

- Marketing Manager dashboard - shows your average rating (like 4.8 stars)
- Executive and Smart Survey Responses section - shows detailed information

In the detailed view, you can:

- See customer emails and card numbers
- Check when they left the review
- Read their comments
- Filter by date range
- Compare ratings over time (e.g., "Was this month better than last month?")
- Export the data (though stars don't transfer in exports yet)

Notifications

You'll get notified when someone leaves a rating of 3 stars or below. This lets you follow up quickly on any negative experiences.
