What if a member wants to pay for multiple checks to earn more points?
What if a member wants to pay for multiple checks at a table to earn more points? For example, a table of four wants separate checks, but some guests aren't members.
Points are credited only to paying Rewards members, with servers linking member details to each payment. Servers should not link member information to checks they aren't personally paying for.
Points will only be credited to a member of the "paying" Rewards program. If a member pays for multiple checks during one visit, the server must connect the member's phone number and/or email with each payment to ensure that the correct points are earned. However, it is recommended that the server not link the member's phone number and/or email to a check if the member is not directly responsible for paying that specific check.
