What happens if a rewards member is "inactive" (i.e., doesn't dine with us, earn points, redeem an offer, etc.) for more than 120 days?
Members remain active by dining and earning points annually; inactive accounts can be reactivated by dining again. Inactive members don't receive emails or offers until they dine and become active again.
To maintain active status, a member must have dined with us and earned points within the preceding 12 months. In the event of no dining activity or points accumulation during this period, the member's Rewards account will be designated as "inactive," resulting in the cessation of email communications and offers. Upon resuming dining activity, the member's status will revert to "active," subsequently reinitiating the receipt of emails and offers.nd offers.
