Understanding Your DRYVER Dashboard: Calendar & Lift Section Guide
One of the most powerful aspects of your DRYVER dashboard is the amount of marketing happening automatically on your behalf every single day. In this guide, we'll explore two key sections of your dashboard - the Calendar and Lift Section - to help you understand exactly how your marketing campaigns are performing.
The Calendar: Your Marketing Command Center
Your calendar isn't just a schedule - it's a comprehensive view of all marketing activities happening for your restaurant. On any given day, you'll see:
- Auto-trigger emails (the black text emails in the calendar): These are running on autopilot, sending personalized messages to your customers based on their actions. Looking at a typical Tuesday, you might see:
- Win-back campaigns
- Halfway to rewards notifications
- Post-reward emails
- Welcome messages
- Password reset communications
- Online ordering confirmations
- Birthday rewards
Pro Tip: Click the "+ more" button on any day to see all automated activities happening behind the scenes.
Understanding Calendar Colors
- Blue entries indicate campaigns that have already been sent
- Green entries show scheduled future campaigns
- Numbers beside each entry show how many customers received the communication
The Lift Section: Tracking Your Results
The Lift section, found in your dashboard, displays the performance of your last five email campaigns. Here's what you can track:
- Open rates
- Revenue generated from viewed promotions
- Revenue from redeemed offers
- Total transaction value from campaign viewers
Real Example: A recent campaign tracked $4,960 in revenue from 78 redemptions, while another awareness email (with no offer) generated $3,800 in sales from customers who simply viewed the message.
Pro Tips for Better Reporting
When checking campaign performance, remember these key points:
- Date Range Matters: When clicking a campaign from the calendar, adjust your date range:
- Start date: Campaign send date
- End date: A few days past the offer expiration date
- Avoid same-day reporting as it only shows partial results
- Revenue Tracking: The system tracks two types of revenue:
- Direct redemptions of offers
- Transactions from customers who viewed your email (even without using an offer)
Getting the Most from Your Dashboard
Remember, while you're focusing on running your restaurant, your DRYVER system is continuously working in the background. These automated communications keep your customers engaged and returning, even when you're not actively managing campaigns.
