Standard Operating Procedure: Driver with Arrow System

Customer Management and Rewards Program

Purpose
This document outlines the procedures for managing customers and rewards programs using the Driver with Arrow system.

Access Requirements
- Level 5 user access is required for certain functions (managers and authorized personnel)
- Contact administration if you need access restored or upgraded

Customer Lookup and Entry Procedure
1. Initial Customer Search
   - Enter customer's phone number into the system
   - System will display if customer is existing or new
   - Ensure all customer information fields are completed

2. Taking Orders
   - Click "Take Order"
   - System will prompt for rewards program enrollment
   - Confirm enrollment by checking for rewards number display

Rewards Program Management
1. Checking Available Offers
   - Before adding items to ticket, click the "Rewards" button
   - Review available offers (e.g., welcome offers)

2. Redeeming Offers
   - Add qualifying item to ticket (e.g., large pizza)
   - Click "Rewards" button
   - Select applicable offer
   - Click "Add"
   - System will automatically apply discount

Importing Customers from Other Locations
1. Customer Import Process
   - Enter customer's phone number
   - If customer's home location differs from current location:
     - Click "Rewards Options"
     - Select "Search for member by phone number"
     - Click "Complete"
   - When customer is found, click "Yes"
   - Verify customer information is complete
   - Confirm rewards card number is visible
   - Click "Take Order"

Manual Points Addition
1. Adding Points (Level 5 Users Only)
   - Look up customer
   - Click rewards number
   - Select "Add rewards points to your customer"
   - Enter number of points to add
   - Click "Complete"

Troubleshooting
- If unable to access certain functions, contact administration for access verification
- For points not automatically added to transactions, use manual points addition procedure
- For any additional questions or issues, contact support team

Notes
- Only Level 5 users (managers and authorized personnel) can add points manually
- All customer information should be verified for accuracy during entry
- Rewards program enrollment should be offered to all eligible customers
