A quick guide to testing what your scheduled or auto-triggered emails look like in your inbox before they're sent to customers.

Previewing Emails in DRYVER

You can check how any email in the system will look in a recipient's inbox before it's sent, including both scheduled and auto-triggered emails.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Find the email you want to preview
2. Click the blue envelope button to preview it
3. Scroll to the bottom of the preview
4. Click "Send above email to yourself"
5. Enter your email address
6. Click "Send"

The test email will arrive in your inbox shortly, allowing you to see:

• How it appears in your inbox
• What the subject line looks like
• The full email content

Important Notes

• The DRYVER team will send you proofs for approval when they create emails
• This feature lets you check any email yourself at any time
• The preview in the system is very close (90-99%) to what will appear in inboxes
• There might be slight formatting differences between the preview and actual email
