# How do I check the performance of my promotions in DRYVER?

## A comprehensive guide to tracking the performance of your emails, promotions, and smart offers using DRYVER's reporting tools

#### **Accessing Your Promotion Reports**

You can track all your email and promotion performance through DRYVER's reporting system in your Marketing Manager, including:

- Scheduled promotions
- Auto-triggered emails
- Smart offers

#### Viewing Basic Promotion Reports

1. Go to the promotions reporting section
2. Set your date range (default is the last 30 days)
3. View the list of all sent promotions
4. See key metrics for each: 
     - Number sent
     - Open rates
     - Redemption rates

#### Understanding the Performance Metrics

The system calculates redemption percentage based on opens:

- Redemption % = (Number redeemed ÷ Number opened) × 100
- You can manually calculate total redemption rate if needed (Number redeemed ÷ Number delivered)

#### Filtering Specific Promotions

You can filter for specific promotions:

1. Use the selection menu on the right
2. Choose the promotion you want to analyze
3. Make sure your date range covers when the promotion was active

#### Analyzing Smart Offers

For smart offers that provide double points:

1. Go to the smart offers section
2. Select the specific offer to review
3. View detailed breakdowns by customer segment: 
     - Total spend
     - Average spend
     - Spend bump
4. Click on segments to see individual customers

Wait 14 days after a smart offer campaign before evaluating final results (since offers are valid for 7 days after the last send day).

#### Evaluating Auto-Triggered Emails

Review performance of system emails like:

- Welcome emails
- Win-back campaigns
- Halfway to reward notifications
- Post-reward emails

Look for trends in open rates, redemption rates, and unsubscribe rates to determine effectiveness.

#### Best Practices

- Review a full year of data for comprehensive performance analysis
- Discuss results with your account representative
- Identify which emails need improvement
- Monitor unsubscribe rates for potential issues
- Evaluate if rewards are valuable enough to motivate customer spending

Regular review of these reports helps optimize your marketing strategy and increase customer engagement with your DRYVER program.
