Do points expire for inactive members, and what happens to their rewards when they reactivate?

Points never expire, even for inactive members. Returning inactive members reactivate their accounts, retain previous points, earn new ones, and resume receiving communications.

Reward points are non-expiring, even in the case of member inactivity.

Example: If an inactive member holding 250 points, who has not visited for 12 months, retains their points, although they will no longer receive correspondence. Upon their return and a subsequent $100 expenditure, the member will regain active status, accruing 350 points and qualifying for a reward. Additionally, this visit will reactivate their account, reestablishing channels for future communications.
